A compact navigation bar connects three screens. Blue surfaces hold the daily summary, peach introduces reflection, and white cards keep individual actions easy to read. Progress updates from the actual task state.

Check an intention on Today and watch the summary update. Open Rituals, add one to your day, and return to find it in the list. In Check-in, select a mood and keep a short note. Changes stay within the open preview; this is an interactive prototype, with no native app download or account required.
